Local Produce

We are strong supporters of all things fresh and seasonal and we take great care and effort in finding the best local suppliers. All of our meats are traditionally farmed.

Currently our suppliers include:

Beef: Longhorn Breed - Parc-Grace Farm, The Hendre, Monmouth

Pork: St Wulstans Farm, Welsh Newton, Monmouth

Chicken/Duck: Madgetts Farm, Chase, Chepstow

Lamb: New House Farm, Dingestow

Venison: Wild Venison from woodlands in and around Monmouthshire

Rabbit: Local shoots - Gwehelog and Usk

Pigeon/Guinea Fowl/Mallard: Local Shoots in and around Monmouthshire

Chicken/Duck Eggs: Our very own very free range - Steppes Farm

Honey: Our honey is produced by Ted & Olive, within 2 miles of the restaurant, gathered from meadow flowers and tree blossom from here to the River Trothy
