The Welsh Cheese Board 
We hold a selection of six Welsh cheeses, sourced directly from producers, which change on a regular basis. They may include:

Perl Wen - creamy white–veined organic cheese from Caws Cenarth dairy, Pembrokeshire

Diprose - ripened goats cheese with charcoal & vegetarian rennet, made at
Cilwr Farm, Talley, Carmarthenshire

Perl Las - organic blue-veined cheese from Carwyn Adams dairy in Cenarth, winner of best blue cheese 2005, this Pembrokeshire cheese has a light textured fresh flavour

Smoked Lamas - Mature ewes milk cheese from Caws Celtica dairy, Mid Wales.

Ranscombe - a semi-hard goats cheese, using vegetarian rennet from
Cothi Valley goats in Carmarthenshire

Finn - organic mature, creamy cows milk cheese from Neals Yard, Herefordshire

Montgomery - traditional unpasteurised cheddar from Cheddar, superb tasting, rich & complex the blue vein adds bite

Dewi Sant - a soft mould ripened cheese, mildly tangy & fruity with a rich taste, glossy & straw coloured. Sprayed with mead from Pant Mawr Farmhouse,
Pembrokeshire
